Our authorised and trained service and support team will do their utmost to help you with your product.
Should you need to send your product in for service or repair, please download and print the Handheld service form. Please complete the form with as much information as possible and send it together with the unit(s) to our local office based in Double Bay, Sydney. http://www.handheldgroup.com/deliveryaddress/
Under normal conditions, the lead time for a repair is approximately 5 working days from the date that we have received your unit.
Standard warranty on our products is one (1) year *. For more information about our standard warranty and limitations see our Handheld General Terms of Sale To find out more about extended warranty, please see the MaxCare Service Plan.
*The warranty will commence from the day that Handheld ships out the unit/units.
